Nicolas Debeaumarché (FRA), 25 years old
"I don't see joining the Cofidis team as an end in itself, but as a great step forward as a cyclist. Joining a UCI World Tour team makes you want to keep progressing. I'm more of a long-distance rider, but what I like is to fight to help the team and support the leaders in the sprint and medium-mountain stages. Seeing a teammate win is a sign that your hard work has paid off, that you were right to fight, and that's gratifying for everyone. I know quite a few of the team's riders - Axel Zingle, Eddy Finé, Alexis Renard, Anthony Pérez - and I'm delighted to be joining them. When you see the month of July for the Cofidis team and those two Tour de France victories, it makes you want to be part of the team even more! "
Nolann Mahoudo (FRA), 20 years old
"It's a real pleasure to sign with Cofidis. It's a bit of a strange feeling to be part of a team I've been watching on TV since I was a kid. When Cédric (Vasseur) explained the team's sporting project to me, I was quickly won over. I'm more of a puncheur. My dreams are the early-season classics like the Tour of Flanders. I know Alexis (Renard) on the team: I went to school next door to him... That makes two Bretons on the team! I'm going to do my utmost to fit in well with the structure and do everything I can to help the team at every race. I'd also like to thank all those who have helped me up to now, in particular my training club (VC Pays de Loudéac) and the CIC U Nantes Atlantiques team who welcomed me this season.
Ludovic Robeet (BEL), 29 years old
"Signing with a team as prestigious as Cofidis is a relief. It takes me up a notch and opens the door to even more prestigious races. I'm a rider who loves Classics and one-day races. My dream, with Cofidis, would be to achieve a good result at Paris-Roubaix. I obviously follow Cofidis results, and many of the team's riders impress me. And I know Thierry Marichal (Cofidis sporting director) very well, he was my sporting director in the past."
WORDS FROM CÉDRIC VASSEUR
"I'd like to welcome Nicolas, Nolann and Ludovic to Cofidis, and I'm sure they'll find an environment conducive to their progress. The 3 of them have already shown great promise over the last few seasons, and their objective will be to go one step further and move up to the UCI World Tour. Nolann will be discovering the high level, Nicolas will have to be offensive and Ludovic will be a major asset in the classics, especially alongside Axel Zingle."
